In conjunction with the 28th Symposium on Nonhuman Primate Models for AIDS, The STRIDE center and the Washington National Primate Center are hosting a Second Bioinformatics Workshop. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided.

This workshop will include hands-on tutorials to show you how to get the most out of your data. Attendees will tackle specific case studies in small groups applying the latest in systems biology approaches to a number of genomics data using both open source and commercial tools/p>

Each 2-hr session will focus the following topics: (1) Agilent’s GeneSpring platform; (2) functional analysis using IPA, DAVID, Apropos and Cytoscape; (3) next generation sequencing workflows using GenomeBrowser and Bioconductor.
